Will there be a shipping confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you will be notified by email with your tracking number.
It will be shipped via Austrian Post .
The shipping confirmation email contains a link to your order or to the tracking page. The tracking number works on every postal website, both domestically and internationally.
It is advisable to track the shipment in your country too!
How long does shipping take?
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, usually:
Domestic (AT) 1 - 3 days
Germany up to 7 days
EU up to 10 days
USA 10-25 days, depending on location
Of course, a 100% guarantee cannot be given, especially in times like these.
How does the return work?
Free returns are not yet possible. However, you can return all unworn goods to pia norden within the legally specified time and get the value of the goods refunded. Please contact office@pia-norden.com beforehand.
Items made especially for you are excluded from returns.

Adjustable cord bracelets : There are two ways to adjust the bracelet to your size.
It is located either 1 larger knot that holds both sides together and where the strands hang down, on the bracelet
OR
two small knots where nothing hangs away.
All nodes are move and serve for continuous adjustment! It is possible that these slide a little more tightly at the beginning - that's a good thing, because you don't want to readjust so often.
Nature of the minerals :
Faceted/Polished Stones look the same in their shape and can only differ from each other in their color, pattern or number of inclusions. Here you get the same shape as in the example photo in the shop.
Rough, cut stones always look different due to their natural structure. You have to expect that the minerals in your product will differ greatly from the product photo. Only the size is taken into account here! It can also happen that you see a cut edge. Some gemstones are more structured than others.
